They took time to explain and answer all questions and made you feel welcomed. We were greeted by warm and friendly staff. They've done a great job decorating, everything from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms. It's a fantastic hotel inside a historic building near many attractions. This hotel has been open for less than a week now, hence why some places like Google Maps, etc shows it as being "closed". Restaurants on Charles Street, the Walters Museum, the Historical Society, the Basilica, or even walk to the Farmer's Market on Sunday morning (plus the Light Rail is less than 3 blocks away and don't forget the free Circulator Bus).
